BHU BA LLB Admission Test (BLAT)
Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi started its operations in 1921-22 and is one of the earliest faculties established by BHU.
BLAT 2019 Exam Date:
BLAT 2019 will be held from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on 16 May 2019.
Eligibility:
Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission not below 50% of total marks in case of General category applicants: 45% in case of OBCs and 40% in case of SCs & STs applicant.
“(Note– As per directive of the Bar Council of India, the candidates who have obtained 10+2 through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualifications for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in Law Courses)”.
Location & No. of Seats: Faculty of Law: Minimum 30 and Maximum 60,
Exam Pattern:
a. Duration: 120 minutes (Two hours)
b. Maximum Marks: 450 marks
c. Number of Questions: 150 multiple-choice questions.
d. Topics to be covered: General Awareness and Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude and Mental Ability, English comprehension.

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test - Law (MH-CET)
Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra in the year 2016 introduced a common entrance test, for students seeking admissions to the government law colleges in the state. It conducts the online exam for both under graduate and post graduate courses.
